Daniel Clark (basketball)

Daniel Mark Clark ( born September 16, 1988 in Greenwich, Greater London ) is a British professional basketball player. Clark has been playing in Spain in 2003 and made his debut in December 2006 in the highest Spanish ACB league for CB Estudiantes in Madrid. He is a member of the British national team and was with her participants in the European Championship finals in 2011 and at the 2012 Olympics in his hometown of London.

Career

Clark left as many of his later British team-mate early in his homeland, which has little tradition in basketball and therefore little playful challenges just at youth level. With almost 15 years, he moved to the youth academy of the traditional Spanish top division CB Estudiantes of the Spanish capital Madrid. After Clark was counted at the U18 European Championship in 2006 for the English selection in Division B of the five best players in the junior tournament, he made his debut in In the season 2006/ 07 with more than 18 years for the first time in the seniors team Estudiantes in the ACB league. This season, he was still employed six more times in the first team.
