Daniel Cousin ( born February 7, 1977 in Libreville ) is a Gabonese football player, he plays in the position of striker.

Clubs

Cousin came to the 1997/98 season for FC Martigues in the French Ligue 2 after only one season, he moved on to league rivals Chamois Niortais. For the season 2000/ 01 the Gabonese from Le Mans UC 72 was committed. In his third season in Le Mans he went to the club to the Ligue 1.

At the end of the 2003/ 04 Le Mans rose again in the Ligue 2, whereupon Daniel Cousin free transfer joined the 2004/05 season for RC Lens, where he has is in the root cadres and was able to achieve 12 goals for the club in a total of 70 games. In August 2007, cousin joined the Glasgow Rangers. The Scots paid around £ 2.2 million transfer fee for him.

For the season 2008/ 09 he moved to Hull City, where he has a contract until 2011. 1 February 2010, it was awarded to Greece AE Larisa, which also have an option to purchase it. On October 23, 2011 Cousin left Europe and moved to Gabon to FC Sapins. In February 2012 he left Sapins and returned to the Glasgow Rangers. After relegation to the Rangers in the summer of 2012 he left the club and returned to Sapins.
