Daniel Guggenheim

Daniel Guggenheim ( born July 9, 1856 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, † September 28, 1930 in Port Washington, New York ) was an American industrialist and philanthropist.

His philanthropic main interests - together with his wife, Florence - of social welfare were generally, the development of aviation and the bandstand in New York's Lincoln Center ( 1966).

Daniel Guggenheim was the second-born son of Meyer Guggenheim.
