Daniel Jeandupeux

Career as player and coach

As a player Jeandupeux was two times Swiss champion and cup winner with FC Zurich. But then, at Bordeaux, he could earn no more merits.

After he had finished his career in 1979 in an unusually young age of 30, he took with FC Sion in the same year his first club as a coach. Then he trained, among others the FC Zurich, which he began in 1981 as a coach Swiss champion. March 12, 1986 to April 26, 1989, he coached the Swiss National Team, a total of eight years he was at SM Caen. He is now Athletic supervisor at UC Le Mans.

Jeandupeux worked as a player and as far as coach only in Switzerland and in France. In 1991 he was elected to France coach of the year.
