Daniel Nocke

Daniel cam ( * 1968 in Hamburg, Germany ) is a German screenwriter.

Life

Cam studied from 1994 to 1999 screenplay and animation at the Film Academy Baden- Wuerttemberg. His first works were short cartoons such as The Whip Master who in the field Fiction / Entertainment was awarded the Adolf Grimme Prize in 1999, and The Comforter crisis. The latter was awarded in 2000 the International Award as part of the Festival of Animated Film Stuttgart. After Stefan Krohmer met, he worked with him on his final film Barracuda Dancing, who received the Young Investigator Award of the German Television Award. To this end, cam wrote the screenplay and directed Krohmer. 2001 worked the two again for the TV movie end of the season together, for which they were honored again with the Adolf Grimme Prize. Since the cam is writing the script for all films Krohmer, so also for its film debut you have Knut ( 2003). For this he was awarded the prize of the German Film Critics for Best Screenplay. Followed in 2009, the Golden Gong for the docudrama Dutschke ( together with Stefan Krohmer ).
