Daniel Pfister

Daniel Pfister ( born December 7, 1986 in Schwaz ) is an Austrian luger.

Daniel Pfister from TU Sparkasse Innsbruck is luger since 1994. The Fügener in 2006 in Altenberg Vice Junior World Champion. Since the season 2004/ 05 Pfister starts in Luge World Cup. In his first two seasons he reached the 16th and 18th place in the overall standings. 2006/ 07 he made a great sporting step forward. In nine races, he came four times in the top ten, in Calgary, he reached his hitherto best individual result. He concluded Score from ninth place. At the Challenge Cup 2006/ 07 he was even eighth in the overall standings. In the Team World Cup race of Koenigssee, he was runner-up with Austria, in Winterberg third parties. The Luge World Cup 2007/ 08 started successfully for the Austrians.
