Daniel Teixeira

Daniel Lourenço Teixeira ( born April 20, 1968 in Belo Horizonte ), "Texas", is a former Brazilian footballer, who played in Germany since 1999.


Daniel Teixeira comes from the Brazilian middle class, his father is an engineer and university professor, his mother a housewife. He studied horizons Foreign Trade at the University of Belo. Teixeira has been married to his wife Soraia, has three daughters and lives in Belo Horizonte.

Sports career

His footballing career started when Teixeira Brazilian club Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte, for whom he played from 1989 to 1993. Ronaldo played mostly at the same time as Teixeira at the club.
