Daniela Rath

Daniela Mareen Rath ( born May 6, 1977 in Willich ) is a former German high jumper who works as a trainer.

It was several times German champion in both the indoor as well as in outdoor high jump, reached at the World Indoor Championships in Budapest in 2004 to fifth place and won the 2003 and 2004 European Cup. In 2003, she reached her personal best of 2.00m, making it one of the world's 50 best high jumpers.

In 1999, she had to take an injury a three-year break. Since early 2007, she was a member at Hamburger SV, but changed for the 2009 season to the ASC Dusseldorf.

The former Leverkusen athlete was late 2009 trainer at LAC Quelle Fürth, as the successor of Stanyslaus Olczik. Besides the main activity as a fitness and personal trainer who studied sports manager and mother of a daughter and a son put their focus first on the junior athletics.

At a height of 1.78 m her competition weight was 65 kg.
