Daniele Bonera (born 31 May 1981 in Brescia, Italy) is an Italian football player.

He is a defender and is since 2006 under contract with AC Milan. Bonera is considered very constant player and can also act both centrally and on the right side in defense.

Career

Bonera started his career with Brescia Calcio, where he made ​​his professional debut in Serie B in the season 1999/2000. His first Serie A game he played in the 2:4 defeat against Udinese Calcio in October 2000. Having not played two more strong seasons at Brescia that led him even up to the national team, he moved in 2002 to the AC Parma.
