Daniele Cacia

Daniele Cacia ( born August 23, 1983 in Catanzaro) is an Italian football player who is under contract with Hellas Verona.

Career

Cacia began his career in 2000 at Piacenza Calcio. There he played until 2007. During his time at Piacenza Calcio, he completed 91 games and scored 35 goals. He was loaned to Ternana Calcio 2002, but there he made a single game, and he was then awarded a year later to SPAL. There he completed a total of just three games. This was followed in 2005 still a loan period at AC Pistoiese. He played there though not regularly, but when he played he was also reliable. In twelve games, he scored eight goals. After the last loan period was over and he did not see any perspective in Piacenza Calcio, he moved to Fiorentina in 2008. But shifting unmasked the flop, he completed just three games for Fiorentina. In 2008 he moved to U.S. Lecce, after a season he was loaned to Reggina Calcio. In the 2010/11 season he was loaned to Piacenza Calcio in Serie B, and secured his club with 18 goals in the league. In the 2012/13 season, he rises as top scorer of the Serie B (39 games 24 goals) with Hellas Verona in the Italian league on high.
