Danielle Goyette

Danielle Goyette ( born January 30, 1966 in Saint- Nazaire, Quebec ) is a former Canadian ice hockey player and current - trainer.

Career

For Canada, Danielle Goyette took part in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, 2002 Salt Lake City and Turin 2006 part. In addition, she stood in the line-up of their country at the World Championships in 1992, 1994, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2004, 2005 and 2007. 2006 she had the honor of being the flag bearer for the Canadian Olympic team at the opening ceremony of the Winter Games. In January 2008, she resigned from the Canadian national team.

Since 2007, Goyette head coach of the women's team at the University of Calgary.

In 2013 Danielle Goyette was inducted into the IIHF Hall of Fame.
