Danny Kass

Daniel " Danny" Kass ( born September 21, 1982 in Vernon Valley, New Jersey) is an American snowboarder. In 2001 he won the X-Games in the halfpipe. In 2003 he was runner-up in the same discipline. A year later he won at the X - Games silver in Slopestyle and Halfpipe. In 2005 he also won at the X - Games silver in slopestyle and bronze in the superpipe. At the Olympic Games (2002, 2006), he won silver in the halfpipe.

Danny Kass won the 2009 halfpipe format of the Burton U.S. Open, which is the final of the TTR World Snowboard Tour, and he was able to close the winter season despite less results at World No. 268.

His sponsor Vans has created in his honor, the snowboard boots " Danny Kass ".
