Dante Symphony
A Symphony after Dante's Divine Comedy - Dante Symphony short - was created by the Hungarian composer Franz Liszt. She is inspired by Dante Alighieri's epic poem Divina Commedia ( The Divine Comedy ) and premiered in 1857.
Structure
The work consists of two sets:
- Inferno
- Purgatorio → Magnificat
