Danube Bend

As the Danube Bend (Hungarian Danube Bend ) is a section of the river Danube in Vac, some 30 kilometers north of Budapest, called in Northern Hungary.

The river here makes his way with an almost right-angled bend through the Visegrád Mountains. In addition to this scenic attractiveness of the busy resorts Esztergom, Visegrád and Szentendre are culturally interesting that line the river in this section. The riparian zones and river islands are the target of summer holidaymakers and water sports enthusiasts, especially in summer.
