Danylo Sapunov

Danylo Sapunov ( born April 5, 1982 in Zaporizhia, Ukrainian SSR, Ukrainian form of name: Данило Сапунов, Father Name: Володимирович ) is a Russian- Ukrainian professional triathlete, member of the Ukrainian national team and two -time Olympian ( Athens: 17, Beijing: 21 ).

Danylo Sapunov was married from 2008 to 2010 with the Ukrainian professional triathlete Julia Jelistratowa.

ITU competitions

In the eleven years from 2000 to 2010 Sapunov took part in 94 ITU competitions and achieved 56 top ten courses, including 13 gold medals. As the best Ukrainian triathlete in the ITU- qualification list for London 2012 (Men Olympic Ranking London in 2012, as of February 2011), he is also a third time as an Olympic hopefuls Ukraine.
