Dark Blue (TV series)
Dark Blue is an American action series whose first season of 6 February 2010 to 10 April every Saturday at 22.15 clock ran on cable one. Since 2009 it has been produced in the United States, there are now 20 episodes and two seasons, each season consists of 10 episodes. Each episode is about 43 minutes. The first broadcast in the United States was on July 15, 2009. The second season was aired in the U.S. from August 4 to September 15, 2010.
The series was officially discontinued on November 16, 2010.
Action
Lt.. Carter Shaw ( Dylan McDermott ) is the head of a secret division of the LAPD, which specializes in undercover assignments. His team consists of Ty Curtis ( Omari Hardwick ), who wants to spend more time with his wife Melissa ( Meta Golding ). Ty has problems letting go of relationships that he has built up during his time undercover. Dean Bendis ( Logan Marshall - Green ) likes to pull through his own thing. Carter and Ty fear that he too far dives a day in his cover. The new team is Jaimie Allen ( Nicki Aycox ). Previously, still on patrol, she is hired by Shaw, because Jaimie has in her own life a lot of experience with " undercover work". Under its original name Jaimie Anderson she was in her youth a Schwerverbrecherin, and has come under a false name to the police. Contact with the LAPD reserves Shaw Capt. Russell Maynard ( Tyree Allen).
