Darryl Roberts

Darryl Bevon Roberts ( born September 26, 1983 in Saint Joseph ) is a soccer player from Trinidad and Tobago. He succeeded with Denizlispor 29 November 2008 at 12 seconds, the earliest goal in the highest Turkish league, the Süper Lig

Career

Roberts played in his Jugwnd for the youth teams of Fatima College and Liberty Flames. Then he started professional football at Carolina Dynamo and moved in 2006 from here in the Netherlands to Sparta Rotterdam. After one and a half years for this club, he moved in the Turkish Süper Lig on Denizlispor. After two years he went to this club from the TFF 1 Lig and even played one season for the club.

With the expiry of his contract with Denizlispor the summer of 2011 he left the club and moved to the Charlotte Eagles. After just one season he returned to Turkey and signed up to the second division club Samsunspor. In the summer of 2013 Roberts left the club prematurely.
