Daryl Anderson

Daryl Anderson ( born July 1, 1951 in Seattle, Washington ) is an American actor.

Life

Anderson studied at the University of Washington School of Drama, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. He made his film debut in 1976 in a small supporting role in the comedy Catch Ferrari alongside Stockard Channing. The following year he won the role of the photographer Dennis Price in the television series Lou Grant, which he represented in 114 episodes until 1982, by which he was known in the U.S. television audience. After the series was canceled in 1982, he guest starred in many television series such as TJ Hooker, Riptide and The A-Team.

In 1980, Anderson at the Screen Actors Guild, for which he had been an executive until 2002. Between 1995 and 2010 he was a co-producer of the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
