Dashni Murad

Dashni Murad (Kurdish دەشنێ موراد, Arabic دشني مراد; * January 1, 1986 in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Autonomous Region ) is a Dutch singer and television presenter. They immigrated at the age of 12 years with her parents from Iraq to the Netherlands. Murad was known by the moderation of the show, The Dashni Show, a talk show, was in the spoken openly about problems of women. In allusion to the singer Shakira Dashni Murad is also called Kurdish Shakira.
