Davaasükhiin Otgontsetseg

Dawaasüchiin Otgontsetseg (Mongolian Даваасүхийн Отгонцэцэг, born 26 September 1990) is a Mongolian wrestler. It was 2011 Vice World Champion in the weight category to 51 kg body weight.

Career

Dawaasüchiin Otgontsetseg began as a teenager in 2004 with the rings. It belongs to the Ringer Club Darkhan and is trained since the beginning of their careers Tsendiin Bajarsaichan. At a size of 1.55 meters, it is struggling in the weight category to 51 kg body weight.

Her international career began at the Asian Junior Championships aged cadet ( under 16 years ) in Bangkok. She took it in the weight class up to 49 kg the 5th Place. In 2009 and 2010 she won one bronze medal at the Junior World Championships in Ankara or in Budapest. In the semi-finals she lost against Walerija Tschepsarakowa from Russia or Sun Yanan of China and their medals she won by beating Salina Sidakowa from Belarus or Raypal Priyanka from India.

2009 won Otgontsetseg Dawaasuch in the Asia Cup of senior in Pattaya also a bronze medal. Here were placed only Tatjana Amanschol - Bakatschuk from Kazakhstan and Han Kum -Ok of North Korea in front of her. The next medal at the Asian Championships, she won in 2011 in Tashkent, where they took 2nd place behind Zhao Shasha of China and before Han Kum -Ok.

Otgontsetseg Dawaasuch launched in 2009, even at the World Championships for seniors in Herning / Denmark, but arrived there after a defeat in their second fight against Natalija Budu of Moldova only to 14th place. Also at the World Cup 2010 in Moscow she left early. After a defeat in their first fight against Estera Dobre from Romania where she finished only 18th place. A major step forward as she then made at the World Championships 2011 in Istanbul. She was there in great shape and defeated Patimat Bagomedowa from Azerbaijan, Alexandra Engelhardt from Germany and Rathi Neha from India and was thus in the final battle against the Russian Samira Rachmanowa against which they smooth but lost on points. Winning the World Championship silver medal was the biggest success in their careers.

In order to participate in the Olympic Games 2012 in London, she had to work off up to 48 kg weight class, as the weight category up to 51 kg is not olympic.
