David Anderson (athlete)

David Anderson (David Lennon James Anderson, born December 8, 1965) is a former Australian high jumper.

At the Commonwealth Games in 1982, he was ninth in Brisbane and 1990 in Auckland fifth.

At the World Athletics Championships 1991 in Tokyo and at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, ​​he was eliminated in the qualifying.

1988 and 1990 he was Australian champion. His personal best of 2.31 m he set up in Adelaide on 3 March 1992. His younger brother Chris Anderson was also successful as a high jumper.
