David Babunski

David Babunski ( born March 1, 1994 Skopje) is a Macedonian football player. He has been active in 2013 for the B- team of the FC Barcelona and the Macedonian national team as a midfielder.

Career

Babunski plays since 2006 in the youth department of FC Barcelona. Since the 2013/14 season he officially belongs to the B- team of the club. His contract with the Catalans will run until 2015. On August 24, 2013 he made his debut in the Segunda División when he came into the match in a 2-1 win over CD Lugo as a substitute.

Babunski listed Inserts for U-17, U - 19 and U -21 in Macedonia. His first cap for the senior team, he completed on August 14, 2013 in a friendly against Bulgaria. In qualifying for the 2014 World Cup Babunski played two games for the Macedonian national team, which finished last in Group A.

Family

He is the son of former Macedonian football national player Boban Babunski who coaches the U- 21 team in Macedonia since 2009. His two- years younger brother Dorian is also football player and plays in the youth academy of Real Madrid.
