David Backes

David Backes ( born May 1, 1984 in Minneapolis, Minnesota ) is an American professional ice hockey player standing since 2006 with the St. Louis Blues in the National Hockey League contract.

Career

David Backes began his career as a hockey player with the Lincoln Stars, for which he was active from 2001 to 2003 in the Junior League United States Hockey League.
