David Brenner is an American editor and Oscar winner.

Career

David torch first film as an independent, Cutter was Talk Radio from the year 1988. Previously, he had collected as an assistant editor since 1986, first experiences. In 1990 he won with Joe Hutshing an Oscar for Best Editing in the film Born on July 4, his second production. In 1996, he was responsible fo the section of the nominated for two Oscars movie Independence Day, followed in 1998 by the film Beyond the horizon. In 2000 he cut the film The Patriot. In 2006 he cut the film about the attack on the World Trade Center and in 2009, with Peter S. Elliot the disaster movie 2012 2011 he was with Michael Kahn and Wyatt Smith in the film Pirates of the Caribbean -. Involved Stranger Tides.
