David Broza
David Broza (Hebrew דויד ברוזה; born September 4, 1955 in Haifa) is an Israeli singer / songwriter. He brought out several gold and platinum albums and is an established UNICEF ambassador. His musical style can be largely define with inserts from the alternative rock as folk-pop. Brozas career as a musician began during his three years of military service, when he played for a cash injection in cafes and bars, and a demo tape recorded. His title Somehow became a superhit and his music career began. It was followed by numerous albums, singles and cooperation for example with Jewish musicians, or a live duet with former The Police frontman Sting.
The Israeli Broza is a globetrotter and lets his cultural experiences miteinfließen in his music. These include Irish influences, but especially Spanish music and Spanish lyrics. By 2006, 19 albums and 2 double - DVDs have been released.
David Broza is co-founder of the Peace Village of Neve Shalom / Wahat al -Salam.
