David Conrad
David Conrad ( born August 17, 1967 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American actor.
Biography
He attended a boarding school near his hometown of Pittsburgh, graduated in 1995 at the renowned Juilliard School in New York City and is also a graduate of the prestigious Brown University in Providence.
At the beginning of his career as an actor, he was seen primarily on theater stages. For some time it was so important that he turned down offers interesting film. Once he had decided to appear on television, his career was slow at first, and he played no noteworthy guest and extras roles.
Conrad was very interested in the role of a villain in Buffy - the Vampire Slayer, but was rejected by the producers again and again. In 2000, he received, among other things, an offer for the film drama Men of Honor, by which he became internationally known. In the series Roswell he then played a short cameo. From 2005 to 2010 he took over the lead role of Jim Clancy in the U.S. fantasy mystery television series Ghost Whisperer - Ghost Whisperer alongside Jennifer Love Hewitt as his wife and visionary spirits Melinda Gordon.
