David Crane (programmer)

David Crane ( born 1955 in Nappanee, Indiana) is a successful American video game developer and programmer. Originally developed Crane from the late 1970s games for the Atari 2600. Following a meeting with Alan Miller, who wanted to build his own company, in which the programmer of the games should be called and advertised to the public, Crane left Atari in 1979 and was co-founder Activision, along with Jim Levy, Bob Whitehead and Larry Kaplan. The games of Crane were world famous and won several awards. In 1986, Crane left Activision and was co-founder of Absolute Entertainment with Garry Kitchen. In 1995 founded Crane Skyworks Technologies, a company the online games, and there is currently Chief Technical Officer.
