David Cremin

David Cremin ( born February 22, 1930 in Ballydoorty, County Limerick, Ireland) is a retired auxiliary bishop in Sydney.

Life

The Auxiliary Bishop of Honolulu, John Joseph Scanlan, donated to him on 12 June 1955, the ordination.

Pope Paul VI. appointed him on October 25, 1973 Titular Bishop of Cunga Feichin and auxiliary bishop in Sydney. On January 19, 1974 James Darcy him Cardinal donated Freeman episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were James Robert Cardinal Knox and Thomas Vincent Cahill, Archbishop of Canberra and Goulburn.

On 22 February 2005, Pope John Paul II accepted his pre- mounted resignation for reasons of age.
