David Elsner
David Elsner ( born March 22, 1992, Landshut ) is a German professional ice hockey player who is since 2013 in the Nuremberg Ice Tigers of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga under contract.

Career
David Elsner started his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior section of the EV Landshut, for which he was active in the German Junior Football League from 2007 to 2011. In the 2009/10 season, the attacker was also his debut for the professional division of the Clubs, the Landshut Cannibals, in the 2nd Bundesliga, scoring six goals in 35 games and made three more templates. Subsequently, the German youth international has been selected in the NHL Entry Draft in the seventh round in 2010 when a total of 194 players from the Nashville Predators. For the season 2010/11 Elsner received a mining license for the ERC Ingolstadt of the DEL. In his three appearances for Ingolstadt, he scored a goal.
For the season 2011/12 he moved to the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Canadian Junior Football League Ontario Hockey League. 2013 signed Elsner a two -year contract with the Nuremberg Ice Tigers of the DEL. It comes with a mining license for further games of his home team EVL Landshut in the DEL2 used.
Internationally
For Germany Elsner participated in the U18 Junior B World Cup 2010, in which he rose with his team in the top division.
