David Gosselin

David Gosselin ( born June 22, 1977 in Lévis, Quebec ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player.

Career

From 1994 to 1998 Gosselin played in the QMJHL ( Youth ) for the Sherbrooke and Chicoutimi Faucons Sagueneens. There he scored in 246 games 107 goals and gave 150 templates. During this time he was also selected by the New Jersey Devils NHL Entry Draft in 1995 in the third round as 78th. After that he played in the IHL and the AHL for the Milwaukee Admirals and the Utah Grizzlies. The Devils handed over the rights to him to the Nashville Predators. There Gosselin played 13 NHL games.

In 2003, the Utah Grizzlies of Gosselin from the AHL to the Main at the Frankfurt Lions. David Gosselin was involved in 2004 with 8 goals and 7 Assists in the play-off final series against the Polar Bears Berlin instrumental in winning the championship. After winning the championship itself Gosselin decided to Kassel Huskies to change. After a disappointing year at the North Hesse in 2005, he returned to the Main back. In his second season in Frankfurt, he scored 12 goals in 50 games and had 8 originals. After missing the playoffs in 2006 David Gosselin had to leave against his will, the Frankfurt Lions. When the Steelers from Bietigheim -Bissingen he signed a contract until 2007.
