David Grace (snooker player)

David Grace (born 5 May 1985) is an English snooker player.

Career

Already in his youth, Grace was successful and in 2003 Under-19 champions England. Later he was also a two-time British Amateur champion.

With his victory at the EBSA European Championship 2008, he failed to qualify for the Tour Snooker Main. His debut season 2008/ 09 but was not very successful. His best result was two victories in the qualifiers for the Grand Prix, before he was defeated in the round of last 64 Liang Wenbo. Otherwise, however, he lost all qualifications for ranking tournaments his first game, so he had to leave the professional tour again.

For this he won at the World Games 2009 in Kaohsiung, the silver medal after he ex- vice world champion Nigel Bond lost the final. He managed to return to the main tour, by 2011, he prevailed in the first event of the Q School. His second professional season was quite successful, with the highlights was the advance into the second round at two tournaments of the Players Tour Championship (PTC 10 and PTC 12).
