David Hemenway

David Hemenway (* 1945) is an American economist. He teaches health policy at the Harvard School of Public Health and directs the Center for the Study of Violence and injuries caused by social damage as well as the center for the prevention of youth violence.

Hemenway received at Harvard University in 1966 with a BA and 1974, a Ph.D. in economics.

He lives with his wife and their daughter in Brookline.
