David James, Baron James of Blackheath

David Noel James, Baron James of Blackheath CBE ( born December 7, 1937) is a British businessman, crisis managers and Life Peer of the Conservative Party.

Career

James had a diverse career in the City of London. From 1959 to 1964 he was with Lloyds Bank.
