David Kelly (diplomat)

David Victor Kelly, C.M.G. MC ( born 14 September 18911959 in Tara House, Inch, County Wexford, Ireland) was a British ambassador.

Life

1920 married David Victor Kelly, Isabela Adela Mills and 1929 Renee Marie- oil Full Jouda de Vaux. As an ambassador in Bern Kelly negotiated beginning in 1940 with Colonel Robert Fierz, the Director of War Technical Department and Rudolf Minger, head of the Federal Militärdepartemens a priority delivery guarantees for strategic materials to the Allies.

David Victor Kelly was 1942-1946 British Ambassador to Argentina. Where were interrupted diplomatic relations on June 8, 1944 to April 9, 1945.

1951 David Victor Kelly was forced to retire.
