David Martin (tennis)
David Martin ( born February 22, 1981 in Tulsa, Oklahoma ) is a former American professional tennis player.
Career
Martin was mainly successful as a doubles player. When Challenger tournaments he won 16 titles and also on ATP level, he could win a title. In 2008 he won at the side of Scott Lipsky in the final of San Jose against the special double Bob and Mike Bryan with 7:64, 7:5. In addition, he reached five ATP finals, including three in 2008, Martin's most successful season. His highest placing in the World Ranking position was 38 in May 2008. At Grand Slam tournaments, he scored the knockout collection at Wimbledon in 2007 his best result.
