David Myers (academic)

David G. Myers ( born September 20, 1942 in Seattle ) is a professor of psychology at Hope College in Michigan (USA) and author of several standard works of psychology. He also wrote some general books on the Christian faith.

In 1967 he received his Ph.D. in psychology at the University of Iowa.

He currently lives in Holland (Michigan) and has with his wife Carol Myers three children - sons Peter and Andrew, and a daughter Laura.
