David Oyelowo
David Oyelowo ( born April 1, 1976 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England ) is a British actor.
Life
Oyelowos parents are from Nigeria.
First he attended a youth theater, after which he took a course in Theatre Studies at the City and Islington College. A year after graduating from high school Oyelowo won a place at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art ( LAMDA ), 1998 was the end of his three-year training.
He began his stage career in 1999 at the Royal Shakespeare Company, where he played different roles. Since 1998, he is a film and television actor operates. From 2002 to 2004 he turned on the television series Spooks - In sight of the junior MI5 agent Danny Hunter dar. 2011, he was in the science fiction film Planet of the Apes: As Seen Prevolution. In 2012, he appeared at the side of Tom Cruise, Rosamund Pike and Richard Jenkins in the film adaptation of Jack Reacher novel.
In 2007 he was awarded for his performance in the miniseries Five Days in a Satellite Award. The Royal Television Society honored him in 2010 with the RTS Television Award.
He is married to actress Jessica Oyelowo, with whom he has four children. They live in Los Angeles.
