David Prowse
David Prowse, MBE ( born July 1, 1935 in Bristol, England ) is a British actor and fitness trainer.
Prowse was particularly known for his portrayal of Darth Vader in the Star Wars movies. His body height of 198 cm was one of the factors that qualified him for this role. He was several times English champions in weight lifting and trained Christopher Reeve for his role in Superman of 1978.
