David Resnick

David Resnick (* August 5, 1924 in Rio de Janeiro, † November 4, 2012 ) was an Israeli architect and town planner of Brazilian origin.

Career

Reznick was born in Rio de Janeiro, where he worked as a student of architecture for Oscar Niemeyer. In 1949 he emigrated with his wife to Israel and there rose one of the most renowned architects of modernity.

In 1964 he was awarded the Right Prize, 1995, he was awarded the Israel Prize in architecture. In 2006 he was made an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects.
