David Rivas

David Rivas Rodríguez ( born December 2, 1978 in Dos Hermanas ) is a Spanish football player. He's since the summer of 2011 at SD Huesca in Segunda División under contract.

Career

The 1.90 meter tall central defender spent his entire professional career with the Spanish side Real Betis. His professional career began in the 1998/1999 season at the club Betis Sevilla B, where he scored three goals in 38 league games.

However, the second team could not long hold and he moved in the following season to Real Betis A. Until the 2006/2007 season he scored for the first team in 172 games he scored eight goals. In 2005 he won the coveted Copa -del- Rey trophy with his team. In the season 2005/2006 he also played seven games in the UEFA Champions League and had 2 operations in the UEFA Cup.

In summer 2010, he moved to Romania for FC Vaslui. There he completed the 2010/ 11 starting in third place, but could not prevail permanently located. After only one year, he returned to Spain and was hired by SD Huesca in Segunda División to.
