David Rosenbloom

David Rosenbloom is a cutter.

Life

Rosenbloom worked as an editor from the late 1970s, initially for various television productions, including several episodes of the series Hill Street Blues. Here he first worked with director Gregory Hoblit, who was also involved as a producer on the series. From 1993, Rosenbloom was exclusively involved in movies.

Occasionally Rosenbloom is also active as a director. In 1983, he staged a series of Hill Street Blues, followed by episodes of other television series. At the series Equal Justice, he was involved as a co- producer. In the movies, the Tribunal ( 2002), Untraceable (2008) he joined as a second-unit director in appearance.

With the movie Land in Flames (1993 ) translated Rosenbloonm and director Gregory Hoblit continued their long-standing cooperation. Their last film together was Untraceable from the year 2008.

Rosenbloom and his colleagues William Goldberg and Paul Rubell were nominated for Best Editing for her work on insider for an Oscar in the category at the Oscar ceremony in 2000.

For his work Rosenbloom was repeatedly nominated by the American Cinema Editors for an Eddie Award.
