David Wharnsby

David Wharnsby ( born June 20, 1967 in Waterloo, Ontario ) is a Canadian cutter.

Life

Wharnsby began his career as an editor in 1996. He has since for TV productions, movies and short films equally active.

In the course of the career, he was repeatedly nominated by the Directors Guild of Canada for various prices and also awarded as part of larger production teams. In 2004 he was awarded for his work on The Saddest Music in the World with a Genie Award.

In 2007 he made ​​his debut as a director and staged an episode of the series Billable Hours. In 2009 he directed two episodes of Being Erica - The Starter Wife, where he was also involved in the same year as editor.
