Davit Gogibedashvili

Davit Gogibedaschwili (Georgian: დავით გოგიბედაშვილი; born June 21, 1968 in Tbilisi ) is a Georgian writer and poet.

Life

In 1992 he graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Tbilisi. Later worked for radio stations, newspapers, and the television channel Second Channel with its own author shipment MzeRA (Eng. The view ).

1995 to 2000 he worked in films of directors Otar Iosseliani and Nana Dschordschadse with. He is the organizer and participants of various performances and literary evenings. During the Rose Revolution in November 2003, he was one of the organizers of the protests.

On 21 May 2004 he founded the Order of poetic Samkauli (Eng. The treasures ). He organized the four-part poet Action Four forces of nature, the book has Samkauli and the two-part audio book drive me edited to heaven. During the Russian intervention in 2008 he founded the Committee of citizens solidarity and the movement stop Russia, for which he invented the slogan. Work

Prose

Poetry

2003 collection of poems emerald and sapphire was published, a neo-romantic poetry, characterized by mysticism and surrealism. 2006 followed his poetic trilogy because, ik, za, which consists of three books: "da" (German sister), " ik " (Eng. there), " za " (Eng. sky). It is a further research of rhythm and musicality associated with human breath and heartbeat. The poem The heart is a pattern of word rhythms, the clock and the word sound like a unit pulse rate.

2007, the poetry collection Samkauli and the audiobook ride appeared me to heaven, which became a cult book among young Georgians. The publication of the poems were accompanied with ritual acts: 1 natural force of fire, combustion of poems, 2nd force of nature earth, were said in the courtyard of Sameba Cathedral planted a pomegranate tree and buried in the tree roots, poems, third natural force of water, and in the open water bottles were thrown into the water with poems.

2008 Gogibedaschwili has created a new project under the name of High Definition. This is an audio and video album daphiony - Supernova Domine, whose part observatory was listed in September 2008 in the Ukrainian Lviv at the International Literature Forum.
