Dawn Harper ( born May 13, 1984) is an American hurdler and Olympic champion in the 100 - meter hurdles.

The U.S. and Pan-American Junior Champion of 2003. Among U.S. elimination fights for the Summer Olympics in Beijing and won third parties in these then surprisingly the gold medal in 12.54 s, 0.04 seconds under her previous personal record
