Action
The film tells the experiences of Caucasian artist Estelle Ishigo in World War II. Estelle was married to a Japanese -born American. As U.S. citizens were interned Japanese ancestry after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, to Estelle refused to separate from her husband and followed him to the detention center.
