De Dietrich Ferroviaire is a manufacturer of railway vehicles in Reichshoffen ( France), as Alstom DDF is part of the group Alstom today.

The company was among the Alsatian family De Dietrich.

De Dietrich Ferroviaire provided, inter alia, the cars in Ireland interconnects for the Enterprise train, the Dublin and Belfast.

De Dietrich Ferroviaire was also part of the consortium that developed the diesel railcars on behalf of German Railways and SNCF, which is guided by the DB as the class 641 and at the SNCF X 73500 and X 73900 (also known as " whale ").

1995 Alstom acquired 66.8 % majority stake in De Dietrich Ferroviaire; since it is identified only as Alstom DDF or by the place name Reichshoffen.
