Deadvlei
The Dead Vlei, also DeadVlei or Dead Vlei written, located in Namibia and is surrounded by a Namib sand dunes clay pan ( vlei ) in the Namib Desert. Characteristic of the Dead Vlei are the many dead acacia trees, dried, when the Tsauchab, an ephemeral dry river, its river changed, and now decompose very slowly. Some of these trees are over 500 years old. The Dead Vlei is part of the Namib -Naukluft National Park and is adjacent to the Sossusvlei, the Narravlei and the Hiddenvlei.
