Dean Cain
Dean Cain; actually Dean George Tanaka ( born July 31, 1966 in Mount Clemens, Michigan ) is an American actor. He starred in many television and movie productions. He was best known for his role as Clark Kent in the television series Superman - Lois & Clark.
Life
His parents, actress Sharon Thomas and U.S. Army - members Roger Tanaka, could be already divorced before his birth. His mother later married director Christopher Cain and moved to Malibu ( California).
Even at the Santa Monica High School, his athletic talent became apparent. In 1984 he graduated, he refused 17 sports scholarships to study at Princeton University, where he was captain of the volleyball team.
Cain made 1988 his degree at Princeton and joined the Buffalo Bills, a football team in the NFL at, but a knee injury during training ended his football career before it had really begun. He then began to write screenplays and acting and appeared in dozens of commercials and television shows, including Grapevine, A Different World and Beverly Hills, 90210, on. In 1993, Cain took over the role of Superman in the eponymous television series, which ran until 1997.
In 1998, Cain, the production company Angry Dragon Entertainment, which produced the television series Ripley's Believe It Or Not by TBS Superstation.
