Dean Winters
Dean Winters ( born July 20, 1964 in New York City ) is an American actor.
Life
His acting debut was in 1996 in a short television film titled The Play Room. Subsequently, he was seen primarily in television roles. From 1997 to 2003 he took a leading role in the television series Oz - hell behind bars. From 1999 to 2000 he starred in 13 episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims with. In more recent times was in several episodes of Terminator SCC to see.
