DécaNation
The DecaNation is an international contest in athletics.
History and Structure
The DecaNation was first held on September 3, 2005, takes place every year at the end of the track and outdoor season. Organizer and host is the French Athletics Federation. It invites France annually up to seven other nations for comparison competition. Competitions are in, as the name suggests, fought ten disciplines that are based on the decathlon, but vary regularly. The rating is done completely. Men and women are considered together and there is no single honors. Prize money will be distributed according to the ranking of the teams.
